Characteristics

- Images are soft (less sharp)
- Cameras have an infinate depth of field 
  (this means that subjects farther away are still in focus)
- Photographs do not enlarge well
- Long exposures (keep the hole open to let in light)
- Use film or photographic paper
- Film or paper may color or black & white 

Pinhole Photography


What is it?

Pinhole photography is a lensless photography.  A pinhole camera has a tiny hole on one side and film or photographic paper is placed inside.  The light passes through the small hole and "draws" an image on the paper or film inside the camera.
